Our Quality Promise

Quality is very important at The Essential Jewels and that's why all of our jewellery comes with a full Quality Promise cover.  

What does the Quality Promise cover?
The Quality Promise covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the Quality Promise Period.

The Quality Promise does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, scratches, improper handling or lack of care.
  • Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party.

Within the Quality Promise Period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, The Essential Jewels will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge. If your product is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.

The Quality Promise Period
The Quality Promise Period for our jewellery is 6 months.
